Beef finches with red onion gravy
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter or margarine, beef finches (a ca. 100 g), mini-jars (a 450 g), red onions, stir-fry vegetables (French, frozen, 450 g), tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce (bottle) and cream culinary (pack of a 200 ml).

Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan.

Beef finches brown and cooked for about 12 minutes.

Cook the potatoes in approx.

5 minutes.

Peel onions and cut into rings.

Heat in butter wok.

Stir-fry the vegetables for about 4 minutes.

Roast onion rings for 3 minutes with meat.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
-
Stir in tomato paste and sausage sauce by cooking fat.

Add cream and heat for 1 minute.

Feeding finches with onion gravy, potatoes and vegetables..
