Beef finches with red onion gravy


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter or margarine, beef finches (a ca. 100 g), mini-jars (a 450 g), red onions, stir-fry vegetables (French, frozen, 450 g), tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce (bottle) and cream culinary (pack of a 200 ml).

Directions

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan.
  2. Beef finches brown and cooked for about 12 minutes.
  3. Cook the potatoes in approx.
  4. 5 minutes.
  5. Peel onions and cut into rings.
  6. Heat in butter wok.
  7. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
  8. Roast onion rings for 3 minutes with meat.
  9. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
  10. Stir in tomato paste and sausage sauce by cooking fat.
  11. Add cream and heat for 1 minute.
  12. Feeding finches with onion gravy, potatoes and vegetables..
