Additional requirements: baking tray, covered with baking paper.

Mix in a bowl the flour with yeast and salt and add 200 ml lukewarm water and a little olive oil while stirring.

Mix everything into a cohesive dough and knead it on the work surface in 5-10 minutes to a smooth and elastic dough.

Form the dough into a ball and put it back in the bowl.

Leave the dough covered with plastic foil in a warm place for 45-60 minutes until the volume has doubled.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Meanwhile, make the salad.

Cut off approx. 1.5 cm from the bottom.

Then cut the asparagus into thin slices up to the cups.

Beat in a bowl the wine vinegar with more than half of the olive oil, some salt and pepper to a dressing.

Fry the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and done.
