Directions

  2. Mix in a bowl the flour with yeast and salt and add 200 ml lukewarm water and a little olive oil while stirring.
  3. Mix everything into a cohesive dough and knead it on the work surface in 5-10 minutes to a smooth and elastic dough.
  4. Form the dough into a ball and put it back in the bowl.
  5. Leave the dough covered with plastic foil in a warm place for 45-60 minutes until the volume has doubled.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  7. Meanwhile, make the salad.
  8. Cut off approx. 1.5 cm from the bottom.
  9. Then cut the asparagus into thin slices up to the cups.
  10. Beat in a bowl the wine vinegar with more than half of the olive oil, some salt and pepper to a dressing.
  11. Spoon the asparagus slices and cups and the to-door.
  12. Leave the salad for 30 minutes, scoop occasionally.

  16. Grind some black pepper and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
  17. Fry the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and done.
  18. Put the pizza out of the oven on a shelf.
  19. Spoon the basil leaves and rocket salad through the asparagus salad and spread the salad over the pizza.
  20. Cut the pizza at the table into pieces.
