Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut broccoli into small florets. In the meantime, cook the broccoli in water with salt for 3 minutes. Drain and drain.

Meanwhile, cut the onion. Heat the oil from the can of anchovies in a frying pan and fry the onion and red pepper for 5 minutes on low heat. Cut the anchovies into pieces.

Add the broccoli, anchovies, pine nuts and raisins to the mixture in the frying pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with pepper.

Drain the pasta, collect some cooking liquid. Slice the parsley. Spoon the pasta together with the parsley through the broccoli.

Roast the white bread. Add so much cooking liquid that you have a smooth whole. Crumble the bread and serve.
