Seafood pilaf with corn and leek
Rice with seafood, leeks, corn kernels and fresh dill.

Directions

Dissolve the bouillon tablets in 1l of boiling water. Heat in a large pan of oil and fry leeks for 2 min.

Add the rice and stock (on and cup after). Bring to the boil and cook on low heat with lid on the pan about 10 min.

Add the drained corn and frozen seafood and simmer for about 5 minutes. If the rice is dry but not quite yet, add some stock.

Finely chop the dill. Scoop through the pilau and add pepper and salt to taste. Scoop the pilau on plates.
