Pasta with turkey
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, pasta, broccoli (cleaned), olive oil, anchovy fillets (a 46 g), turkey fillet (in strips), arugula (lettuce, a 75 g), Danish blue ((cheese) and in small pieces ).

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

When cooking the pasta, store some cooking liquid.

Boil the broccoli florets in plenty of water with salt in 5-7 minutes with the lid on the pan al dente.

Drain the broccoli and keep it warm.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and let the anchovies melt over low heat.

Spoon the strips of turkey and fry them on high heat in 10 minutes until they are golden brown and done.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Spoon the pasta with the cooking liquid, the rest of the oil, the broccoli and the turkey in a large bowl.

Spoon the pasta into a bowl, spread the arugula over it and sprinkle the whole with pieces of danish blue and (freshly ground) black pepper to taste..
