Cut the ham into small pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the ham on a medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add the minced meat and fry in 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the celery into bows and the winter carrot into cubes. Slice the garlic.

Add the celery, carrot and garlic to the minced meat and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour in the tomato sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the pasta and spread over 4 plates.

Season the sauce with pepper and salt and spread over the plates.

Tear the basil leaves and sprinkle over the sauce.
