Mixed salad with burrata
Orange, hazelnut and tomato with Italian cheese.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and roast the hazelnuts for 3 minutes on a medium heat until golden brown.

Remove the hazelnuts from the pan and allow to cool on a plate. Heel coarse.

Use a sharp knife to cut the skin and the white skin of the oranges.

Cut the segments of flesh from the membranes, so that you can easily pop out the flesh with your knife. Collect the juice.

Mix 3 tsp of the orange juice with the pesto.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and mix with the radish mix, rucola salad and pesto dressing. Season with pepper and salt.

Divide the salad over deep plates and garnish with the hazelnuts.

Halve the burratas and divide them over the salad. Cut the baguette into slices and serve.
