French sauerkraut dish
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lamb steaks à la minute, olive oil, potatoes (750 g AH), garlic, salt, pepper, boiled wine sauerkraut (520 g AH) and lean bacon strips.

Carve lamb shreds into strips.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks or casserole.

Bake potatoes in brown for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil.

Add 3 minutes of meat and garlic strips.

Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan.

Baste bacon for approx.
-
2 minutes.

Stir in the sauerkraut and heat for approx.
-
4 minutes.
-
If necessary, remove the sauerkraut and season with pepper.

Spread sauerkraut over four plates.

Fry the potato dish around it..
