French sauerkraut dish


A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lamb steaks à la minute, olive oil, potatoes (750 g AH), garlic, salt, pepper, boiled wine sauerkraut (520 g AH) and lean bacon strips.

Directions

  1. Carve lamb shreds into strips.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks or casserole.
  3. Bake potatoes in brown for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Slice garlic and cut into slices.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  6. Add 3 minutes of meat and garlic strips.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan.
  9. Baste bacon for approx.
  10. 2 minutes.
  11. Stir in the sauerkraut and heat for approx.
  12. 4 minutes.
  13. If necessary, remove the sauerkraut and season with pepper.
  14. Spread sauerkraut over four plates.
  15. Fry the potato dish around it..
