Tortilla with avocado and beefburger
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, avocado, lemon juice, onions, beefburgers ((a 160 g Unox) *), oil, oregano, wrapt tortillas (280 g) and taco sauce mild (200 ml).

Peel, halve and remove avocado.

Cut halves into strips and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Peel onions and cut into strips in length.

Cut burgers into strips.

Heat oil in pan.

Beefburger strips bake for approx.

2 minutes when stirring, from a pan on the plate.

In the same pan on a high heat, bake for approx.

3 minutes.

Serve leftover lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of water and scatter oregano over it.

Heat for another 2 minutes on low heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare beefburger strips with onion mixture and heat for approx.

1 minute.
-
Meanwhile, heat tortillas according to the instructions.

Place tortillas on four plates.

Prepare onion with beefburger, avocado and half of taco sauce in the middle of tortillas.

Collapse the tortillas according to the instructions.
-
Rest of taco sauce to serve separately.

Serve with salad of chilibones, cucumber and paprika..
