Cut the chorizo into slices.

Chop the onion and cut the courgettes into cubes.

Fry the chorizo for 6 minutes in a skillet without oil or butter. Add the onion and zucchini and cook for 4 minutes.

Let the chickpeas, lentils and kidney beans drain. Also put in the frying pan and warm for 4 minutes.

Remove from the heat and add the arugula. Bon appétit! .
