Halve the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seed lists with a teaspoon and cut into small curves. Cut the spring onion into rings of 1 cm.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the leek for 6 minutes.

Add the pepper mix and cook for another 1 min. Add the water and the mix for bami goreng and stir for 1 min.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetable balls in 5 min. Until golden brown.

Drain the noodles and mix with the cucumber and spring onion through the sauce, warm for 1 more minute.

Divide the noodles over 4 plates and garnish with the vegetable balls.
