Penne with veal minced meatballs in tomato sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne rigate (bag 500 g, pasta), veal burgers ((frozen), thawed), ground cumin (djinten), olive oil, tomato cubes (400 g), garlic (finely chopped), broad beans (300 g, frozen), Italian mix (50 g and frozen).

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In a bowl, mix the veal burgers with the cumin and the form of the chopped16 balls.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in brown for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato cubes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Put the frozen broad beans and the Italian mix through and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add 100 ml of water and cook the vegetables in 10 minutes.
  8. Drain the pasta and spread over deep plates.
  9. Spoon the balls in tomato sauce and serve with the broad beans..
