Pita with spiced minced meat and paprika tomato salad
Pita bread with spiced mince, chestnut mushrooms and feta, with a salad of cherry tomatoes, grilled peppers and lamb's lettuce.

Chop the onion. Wipe the mushrooms clean and cut into quarters.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the mince with the mix for minced meat and pepper for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the onion and mushrooms and cook for 4 min.

In the meantime, heat the pita bread according to the instructions on the packaging.

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the peppers and collect 1 tbsp of water.

Cut the pepper into strips of 1 cm wide and mix with the moisture and the cherry tomatoes through the lamb's lettuce.

Season with pepper and salt.

Spread the minced meat mixture and salad over the plates.

Crumble the feta and serve the pita bread.
