Tartar with pear sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (crumbly), red cabbage with apple (freezer of 450 g), half pears in nectar (420 g), butter or margarine, beef tarts (approx. 100 g), salt and pepper and shallots.

Peel potatoes, cut in four, and boil for about 20 minutes.

heat coal according to instructions.

Pouring pears and collecting nectar.

Cut 2 half pears into slices and hold them back.

Rest of pears above bowl by rubbing sieve.

Heat butter in frying pan and gently fry salt tart tarts with salt and pepper in approx.

8 minutes.

Chop the shallots and cut into rings.

Remove tartars from pan and cover with foil.

Bake about 3 minutes in short-fat shallot rings.

Add pure pear and nectar and co-heat.

Dill the sauce with a little water.

Spread tartars with sauce on four plates and garnish with slices of pear.

Serve with red cabbages and potatoes..
