Rice with stir-fried beef strips, haricot beans and corn.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the string beans into pieces. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the beans for 3 minutes (blanch). Drain.
Mix the soy sauce through the meat. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the meat on high heat 2 min. Scoop out of the wok.
Cut the spring onion into rings. Put the oil in the wok and fry the string beans and spring onions 2 min.
Add the meat again, let the corn drain and scoop through. Season with the soy sauce. Serve with the rice.
