Beef noodle soup
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bouillon tablets (pack of 10), egg noodles (250 g), fried rice vegetables (450 g), oil, beef strips (about 350 g), garlic (chopped), yellow pepper (in strips) ) and sweet chili sauce.

Bring 1 liter of water to the boil and add the stock. Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the red pepper from the vegetable package into strips. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the meat 2 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper and remove from the wok.

Heat the rest of the oil in the wok. Add the garlic and then the nasi-bami vegetables and the peppers. Stir fry 3 min. Add the meat and vegetables to the noodles and cook for another 1 min. Season with chili sauce. Divide the soup over 4 bowls. Tasty with bunched onion.
