Beef steak with apricot jus
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon (meat products), mini steaks, medium dry sherry, apricot jam, freshly ground pepper and butter.

Halve bacon in length and wrap around steak. Place meat on a scale. Serve the jam in a jug and stir in the jam.

Fry butter in a pan and fry 1 or 2 steaks in 3-5 min. Brown and roast on the inside, turning halfway. Quench with a little sherry mixture and pepper over it.
