Beef steaks with sprouts and sweet potato mash
Puree of sweet potatoes with beef steaks and syringes with walnuts and mustard.

Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and cook for 10 minutes until done. Clean the sprouts and cook them in another pan in 6 min. Until al dente.

In the meantime, dry the meat with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in 5 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway.

Remove from the pan and cover with aluminum foil. Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Drain the sprouts and scoop with the mustard and walnuts. Drain the potatoes and stamp with the puree pestle into a coarse puree.

Season with pepper and salt. Serve the beef steaks with the sweet potato mash and sprouts.
