A delicious Fusion recipe for beef ribs and vegetables from the wok.

Directions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds lightly brown in a dry frying pan. Remove them from the pan in a bowl.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in the wok. Stir fry the beef strips for about 1 minute. Remove them from the woks deck with aluminum foil.
  3. Fry the onion rings in the oil in the wok and glassy. Add the vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes.
  4. Pour the stock into the woks and bring to the boil. After 5 minutes add the beef strips, sesame oil and soy sauce.
  5. Combine everything well and heat everything for another 1 minute. Finally, sprinkle the sesame seeds over it.
