Beef strips and vegetables from the wok
A delicious Fusion recipe for beef ribs and vegetables from the wok.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seed
- 400 gram (bullet) steaks in strips
- 4 tablespoon peanut oil
- 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 2 onion in rings
- 1 Red pepper in strips, cleaned
- 250 gram haricots verts cleaned up
- 250 gram broccoli florets
- 250 milliliters Meat bouillon
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

Roast the sesame seeds lightly brown in a dry frying pan. Remove them from the pan in a bowl.

Heat the peanut oil in the wok. Stir fry the beef strips for about 1 minute. Remove them from the woks deck with aluminum foil.

Fry the onion rings in the oil in the wok and glassy. Add the vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes.

Pour the stock into the woks and bring to the boil. After 5 minutes add the beef strips, sesame oil and soy sauce.

Combine everything well and heat everything for another 1 minute. Finally, sprinkle the sesame seeds over it.
