A classic steak with baby potatoes, broccoli, carrots and beef tarts.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 15 minutes on low heat. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, divide the broccoli into florets and the carrot into pieces of 5 cm.

Boil the carrot for 6 minutes in a layer of water. Then add the broccoli and cook for another 4 minutes.

Heat the grill pan and grill the tarttails 4 min. Turn halfway. Serve with the fried onion, potatoes, broccoli and carrot.
