Beef with amsterdam onion
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (crumbly), red cabbage (with apple (450 g, frozen)), butter, beef strips (350 g), onions (chopped), flour, Amsterdam (onions (a 340 g) and drained).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done. Prepare the red cabbage according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and fry in medium heat for 1 min. Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the flour and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the onions. Warm for another 1 min. Serve the meat with the potatoes and the red cabbage.
