Beefburger and tomato-corn salad
A nice argentinian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, traditional olive oil, beefsteak de boeuf, canned corn and barbecue sauce.

Prick around the holes in the potatoes with a fork and put them in the bowl. Puff them in the microwave at 800 watts for about 12 minutes until done. Turn halfway.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper and fry in 8 min. Times regularly.

Halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the halves into cubes. Let the corn kernels drain.

Mix the tomatoes in a large bowl with the corn, the onion, the tarragon and the barbecue sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the steaks and the potatoes on 4 plates. Serve with the salad.
