Beefburgers with onion compote


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions, oil, sugar, potatoes with peel (450 g), balsamic vinegar (bottle of a 250 ml), American beefburgers (frozen, 4 pieces), mixed lettuce extra (200 g) and carrot julienne (150 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions for the potato wedges.
  2. Peel onions and cut into rings.
  3. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and cook for 5 min.
  4. Vinegar (leave 2 tbsp for dressing) and add sugar and reduce for 10 min.
  5. Without lid.
  6. Prepare potato wedges according to oven instructions.
  7. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.
  8. Beefburgers in approx.
  9. 6 min.
  10. Mix the lettuce with carrot strips.
  11. Stir in leftover oil, 2 tbsp vinegar, salt and pepper dressing.
  12. Mix dressing with lettuce.
  13. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  14. Serving burgers with onion compote, potato wedges and salad..
