Beefburgers with onion compote
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions, oil, sugar, potatoes with peel (450 g), balsamic vinegar (bottle of a 250 ml), American beefburgers (frozen, 4 pieces), mixed lettuce extra (200 g) and carrot julienne (150 g).

Preheat the oven according to the instructions for the potato wedges.

Peel onions and cut into rings.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and cook for 5 min.

Vinegar (leave 2 tbsp for dressing) and add sugar and reduce for 10 min.

Without lid.

Prepare potato wedges according to oven instructions.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.

Beefburgers in approx.

6 min.

Mix the lettuce with carrot strips.

Stir in leftover oil, 2 tbsp vinegar, salt and pepper dressing.

Mix dressing with lettuce.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serving burgers with onion compote, potato wedges and salad..
