Beeffinch with paprika gravy
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbled potatoes, butter, beef finches, broccoli, red pepper, fresh parsley (a 30 g) and gravy flavoring (beef (bottle a 195 ml)).

Potatoes boil in 20 min.

Cook in casserole butter and beef finches at medium temperature in 20 min.

Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

Clean the pepper and cut it into small pieces.

Parsley finely chop.

Remove the finches from the pan and keep them warm.

Fry for 3 minutes in frying paprika.

Add a cup of water, parsley and gravy flavoring and bring the gravy to the boil.
