Beeffinch with paprika gravy


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbled potatoes, butter, beef finches, broccoli, red pepper, fresh parsley (a 30 g) and gravy flavoring (beef (bottle a 195 ml)).

Directions

  1. Potatoes boil in 20 min.
  2. Cook in casserole butter and beef finches at medium temperature in 20 min.
  3. Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Clean the pepper and cut it into small pieces.
  5. Parsley finely chop.
  6. Remove the finches from the pan and keep them warm.
  7. Fry for 3 minutes in frying paprika.
  8. Add a cup of water, parsley and gravy flavoring and bring the gravy to the boil.
  9. Feed fillets with potatoes, broccoli and gravy..
