Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the caraway seed for 3 min. On medium heat.

Meanwhile let the chickpeas drain and cut the garlic fine.

Turn off the heat. Add the chickpeas, garlic and sesame oil. Bake for another 2 minutes. Cover well.

Put the beets and the chickpea mixture in the bowl of the food processor and puree until smooth.
