Beet pizza with mushrooms, french cheese and fried egg

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Place the pizza bases on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and brush them with crème fraîche. Sprinkle with the thyme, pepper and salt.

Divide the stir-fry vegetables.

Cut the French cheese into slices and spread them over the pizzas, but leave some space in the middle for the eggs.

Bake the pizzas for approx. 8 minutes at the bottom of the oven. Remove from the oven and break the eggs in the middle above the pizzas.

Sprinkle the eggs with pepper and salt. Fry the pizzas for approx. 8 minutes at the bottom of the oven.

Meanwhile, mix the lettuce in a bowl with the dressing and season with pepper. Serve with the pizza.
