Beet salad with pear dressing
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: pears, lemon juice, grated beetroot (250 g), walnuts (65 g), lamb's lettuce with beetroot (75 g) and pear dressing (see recipe elsewhere on the site).

Peel the pears, remove the cores and cut them into wedges.

Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Let grated beetroot drain properly in colander.

Chop minced walnuts.

Spread the lamb's lettuce on four plates.

Place the ring in the middle and fill with beet.

Remove ring.

Dressing over sprinkling turret and salad.

Garnish with pear slices and walnuts..
