Directions

  1. Peel the beet thinly and cut into cubes of 1 cm.
  2. Cut the celery into thin slices.
  3. In a bowl mix the beets with celery, spring onions, sour cream and capers.
  4. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the dish and store the salsa in the refrigerator..
