Beet salsa with capers
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: boiled beet, celery, spring onions (in thin rings), sour cream (light), capers and lemon (the juice).

Peel the beet thinly and cut into cubes of 1 cm.

Cut the celery into thin slices.

In a bowl mix the beets with celery, spring onions, sour cream and capers.
