Let the fruit thaw for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, press out the oranges. Cut the bananas into pieces.

Puree all fruit, orange juice and yogurt in a blender or in a high bowl with a hand blender.

Divide the smoothie over tall glasses. Put straws in and serve immediately.
