Biogarde cucumber soup
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: cucumber, biogarde stir, parsley, celery, salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Peel cucumber and halve in length. Pour the balls out of half of cucumber with melon ball scoop and store them until use. Cut the rest of cucumber into pieces. In the bowl, mix cucumber pieces with hand blender. Cucumber puree above other bowl by coarse sieve. stir in cucumber paste and put in the fridge for approx. 1 hour.

Parsley and celery finely cut and stir with soup cucumber balls. Season with salt and pepper.
