A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh eggs (M), sugar, anise powder (or 1/2 crumbled anise cube), flour, cinnamon, butter to grease, flower to pollinate, lemon, honey, cinnamon stick, white wine and rum (liquorice).

Cover the baking dish with baking paper.

Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.

Split eggs.

Serve syrup in bowl and allow to cool.

Mix wine and rum with chilled syrup, remove lemon zest and cinnamon stick.

Remove the biscuit from shape and pour it onto kitchen paper.

Allow 10 minutes to cool and cut into squares of about 5 x 5 cm.
