A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh eggs (M), sugar, anise powder (or 1/2 crumbled anise cube), flour, cinnamon, butter to grease, flower to pollinate, lemon, honey, cinnamon stick, white wine and rum (liquorice).

Directions

  1. Cover the baking dish with baking paper.
  2. Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.
  3. Split eggs.
  4. In large bowl egg yolks with 100 g sugar and anise very thick and creamy beating in about 10 minutes.

  12. In a saucepan, boil 1 1/2 dl of water with 150 g of sugar, honey, lemon peel and cinnamon stick.

  14. Serve syrup in bowl and allow to cool.
  15. Mix wine and rum with chilled syrup, remove lemon zest and cinnamon stick.
  16. Remove the biscuit from shape and pour it onto kitchen paper.
  17. Allow 10 minutes to cool and cut into squares of about 5 x 5 cm.
  18. Biscuits briefly through syrup and drain on plate..
