Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Mix the lemon zest with the crème fraîche.

Cut the beets into thin slices, so that you have 1 slice of beet per snack. Heat the blinis according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, let the salmon leak out. Cut the dill finely. Mix the salmon with the dill and season with freshly ground pepper.

Season to taste with some lemon juice.

Cover each blini with 1 tsp crème fraîche, 1 slice of beet and some salmon.
