Heat a frying pan on a medium-high stand, fry the bacon until crisp and drain on kitchen paper.

Mix the yoghurt mayonnaise with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Then brush the slices of bread on one side with the mayonnaise.

Place 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce, then tomato, bacon and another slice of bread.

Cut the sandwich diagonally in four and add satéprikkers through it.

Put the sandwich in (the main compartment of) the bread bin and put the chips and the sliced apple in the boxes next to it.
