Braised fennel with seaweed fillet
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, A-parts (450 g), red onions, fennel tubers, butter or margarine, seaweed fillet (`225 g), salt and pepper, flour and coconut cream.

Prepare potato wedges according to instructions.

Peel onions, halve and cut into half rings.

Clean fennel and cut into strips.

Fry 50 g of butter in a frying pan.

Cover the onion and fennel in a gentle heat for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, sprinkle with salt and pepper and swirl through flour.

Heat remaining butter and bake fish on both sides in about 4 minutes.

Stir in creamed cream and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve fish with potato wedges and vegetables..
