Fry the chorizo cubes in a frying pan and lightly fry the onion until the chorizo is crispy.

Spoon half a bag of kale (à 500 g), add 75 ml water and let the kale covered in 4-6 minutes gently shrink.

Make four holes in the kale and break an egg above each hole.

Sprinkle two tablespoons of grated cheese over each egg.

Heat the dish for another 6-8 minutes and allow the eggs to set.

Tasty with baked potatoes.
