Oven vegetables with sweet potato and chicken
Paprika, onion, chickpeas, sweet potato, tomatoes and chicken from the oven.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Halve the peppers, remove the stalk and seed lists and cut the flesh into strips.

Clean the sweet potatoes and cut thinly in length. Clean the onion and cut into thin parts.

Put the chickpeas in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain.

Mix the pepper, potato, onion, chickpeas, oregano, oil, pepper and salt if necessary and spread over a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven.

In the meantime, finely chop the parsley and mix half of the mayonnaise and ketchup into a salsa.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven after 10 minutes and scoop the chicken through the potato-vegetable mixture. Take again after 10 minutes from the oven and scoop the tomatoes through.

Bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour in the rest of the parsley. Serve with the salsa.
