Heat the butter in a pan and heat the samphire on a low heat for about 2 minutes. Pour in the lemon juice and the water.

Let the samphire covered in about 10 minutes until tender.

Rub the biscuit over a pan through a sieve. Spoon the samphire with the biscuit and season with pepper.
