Heat the butter and the olive oil. Fry the spring onions 5 minutes, change regularly.

Pour in the stock and wine and heat for 5-7 minutes to allow the moisture to evaporate.

Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts in a dry, hot frying pan. Remove them from the pan and mix them with the oregano.

Sprinkle the spring onion with it and spread the Parmesan cheese over it.

Tasty with fish, meat and meat products as roast beef.
