Clean potatoes and cut into 4 slices each in length. Cook potato slices in pan with a little water or apple slices in approx. 5 minutes until done and pour off. Cut the arugula a little. Cut taleggio cheese into pieces.

Put potato slices on worktop. Distribute arugula and cheese over potato slices. Mix vinegar and oil in cup and sprinkle over potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Place potato slices in stacks of 4 on top of each other in a baking dish.

Preheat grill at highest setting. Put the dish about 10 cm under the hot grill and let the cheese melt in about 3 minutes.
