Vegetarian pilav of couscous with raisins and sundried tomatoes.

Put the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes and then drain. Dab the tomatoes dry with kitchen paper and cut into pieces. Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes on a low heat.

Fry the couscous and the ginger powder until the grains shine. Crumble the bouillon tablet above and pour the water over it.

Add the tomatoes and raisins. Let the couscous be gently cooked in stirring for 5-6 min.

Cut the chives above and scoop them through.
