Bratwurst with spiced tomato rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes, yellow peppers, onions, garlic, olive oil, paprika, sambal oelek, rice (organic), bratwurst and fresh parsley (flat (20 g)).

Cut the tomatoes and bell pepper into pieces.

Peel and chop onions and garlic.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in deep pan and fry onion and paprika for 2 min.

Add garlic, paprika powder and sambal and fry for 1 min.

Add tomatoes and bake for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the rice and 3/4 l water.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.

In this, sausages on medium heat in about 20 minutes around brown and cooked.

Cut the parsley and stir in the rice.

Divide rice into 4 plates.

Cut sausage into thick slices and lay on rice..
