Clean the lime under running water, pat the fruit dry and cut the lime into segments.

Halve the parts.

Put the lime pieces in a strong whiskey glass and sprinkle the cane sugar over it.

Press through with a small pestle to press the limes of lime and rub the juice out of the lime.

Pour the Cachaca (Brazilian rum) over it and fill the glass to the edge with crispy ice cream.

Stir well with a long spoon.

Garnish the glass with an extra slice of lime.
