Salad caprese with pine nuts
Tastytom vine tomatoes and sublime tomatoes. Marinate and finish for half an hour with pine nuts, basil and buffalo mozzarella or burrata.

Cut the vine tomatoes into quarters and halve the sublime to. Put in a bowl.

Cut the garlic into slices. Mix the garlic in a bowl with the vinegar, the salt and the sugar into a marinade.

Scoop through the tomatoes and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Remove the garlic from the marinated tomatoes. Tear the basil into pieces and sprinkle over the tomatoes.

Tear the mozzarella or burrata into pieces, place on the salad and sprinkle with the pine nuts. Season the salad with pepper and salt.

Drizzle with oil and serve.
