Ingredients: 4 cut bread; 2 tablespoon butter; 4 slice bacon; 4 slice breakfast bacon; 2 tablespoon mascarpone; 4 egg; 1 dash whipped cream; 1 dash milk

Ingredients

4 cut bread
2 tablespoon butter
4 slice bacon
4 slice breakfast bacon

2 tablespoon mascarpone
4 egg
1 dash whipped cream
1 dash milk

Directions

Roast the bread and make a circle with a large glass. Spread the toast with butter.
Fry the bacon slices until crispy in a dry, hot frying pan. Beat the mascarpone loose.
Beat the eggs with a dash of cream, salt and pepper. Bake in some butter a scrambled egg from the egg mixture. Put the mascarpone through.
Cover the toast with the roomei and spread the fried bacon over it.
