Directions

  1. Let the pangasius fillet thaw. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Season the fish with salt and pepper and cut into equal pieces.
  2. Grate the coconut, sprinkle in the dish and pull the fish through.
  3. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan in the beans for 2 minutes. Add the Bumbu spice and 250 ml water.
  4. Add the cabbages and bring the vegetables to the boil for 4 minutes, stirring.
  5. Turn down the heat and let the sajur stew for another 12 minutes. Wash the bean sprouts and shovel at the end.
  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the fish quickly on both sides. Spoon the rice on the plates and add the fish and vegetable sausage.
