Breakfast cottage cheese with plum compote
Skinny French cottage cheese with prunes, blueberries, cinnamon, honey and honey granola.
Cut off the flesh of the plums along the kernel.
Cut it into pieces, put in a saucepan with the cinnamon and honey and bring to the boil.
Cook for 5 minutes on a high heat. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Divide the blueberries over large glasses and scoop the curd.
Divide the compote and sprinkle with the granola. Serve immediately.
