Directions

  1. Peel the kiwi and banana and cut into pieces. Squeeze out the orange.
  2. Puree the fruit with orange juice in a blender or with a hand blender.
  3. Pour the syrup and buttermilk into fruit puree and mix the whole into an airy shake. Pour the shake in high glass and drink immediately.
