Melt the sugar with the vanilla sugar, butter and whipped cream in a pan with a thick bottom. Use a hot plate if necessary, so that it does not go too fast. Stir until the sugar is completely melted.

Remove the pan from the heat and keep stirring until it becomes thicker and you will feel it hard along the edge. Put the molds on baking paper. Pour the mixture carefully into the molds.
