Broccoli and cauliflower with fried potatoes


Turkey fillet with broccoli, cauliflower, fried baby potatoes, young cheese and cashew nuts.

Directions

  1. Heat in a margarine frying pan and fry the potatoes for about 8 minutes until golden brown. Boil the vegetables in 8 minutes until al dente.
  2. Heat in a different margarine frying pan and fry the meat in 3 min. Brown and done. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Chop the nuts coarsely.
  3. Drain the vegetables and mix directly with the cheese and nuts, so that the cheese melts. Serve with fried potatoes.
